A bio-digester (BID) / Bio Thermic Digester (BTD) is a system which has heating chambers. A blend of thermophilic and mesophilic bacteria is introduced into these chambers, which breaks down the organic waste, thus reducing the waste to powder form. This end product can be classified as a soil conditioner. This makes the system an ideal fit for any organization looking to qualify for zero discharge to landfill.
As an add-on to the supply of BID, ANG has its own array of bacterial blends for the treatment of organic solid wastes – most striking of which is ABC 100, a blend of seven different cultures in the mesophilic and thermophilic range.
The BID’s capacity ranges from 250 kgs per day to 5,000 kgs per day.
